RETURNS
Please select your purchase thoughtfully and keep in mind the environmental impact behind each delivery. We are specially focused to advice you on styles and fits that suit your individual size in order to reduce the amount of deliveries to a minimum. For individual fitting advice feel free to get in touch with our team via customerservice@opaak.de
Please try on all bodies and briefs over your own underwear for hygenic reasons. We expect the returned items to be in the original condition, this means the items should neither be worn nor damaged.
RETURN PROCEDURE
The return period is offered within 14 days after reception of the goods and is free for customers residing in Germany. Please get in touch with us via customerservice@opaak.de to receive a complementary return label. Customers outside of Germany need to bear the costs for a trackable return, when returning an item. Please register your return via customerservice@opaak.de and arrange a trackable delivery to our warehouse. Warehouse address will be shared after registration of your return per Email.
Furthermore Opaak does not cover the costs for customs, duties and/or taxes that may incur during worldwide deliveries.
Upon receipt of returned goods in our warehouse, we will transfer your money back via the previously used payment method within 10 working days.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
If you want to change a size or a style please return the article(s) with above procedure and place a new order in our online shop. We will refund back your return upon reception in our warehouse.
